Description

One of our favourites. This is the ‘Goto cocktail’ in our house.

Ingredients

1,5cl Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
2,5cl Ginger beer (if it’s sweet use less)
Half a lime in parts and 1 lime wheel
a dash of Angostura bitter

Preparation

Muddle parts of half a lime. Add fresh ice and ginger beer and stir. For a visual stormy effect pour the Rum over a barspoon and serve with a lime wheel. If you are into a little depth to youtr drink, add a few drops of bitter.
